I am an aspiring web designer/ developer.
I create user-friendly websites, providing the audience with good visual graphics and interaction.
When working on projects, I like to hand-code all of my work using XHTML and CSS according to W3C standards
For building websites, my tools of choice are:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Dreamweaver/ Notepad++
I am experienced using Adobe After-Effects, Adobe Flash and Adobe Premiere Pro. As a Media Technology graduate, I've gained a strong proficiency filming, video-editing and story-boarding.
From my work-experience to date, I've gained solid (X)HTML & CSS hand-coding practice using W3C standards and guidelines. Thanks to my graduated course and work experience I've always worked to ensure that the websites I create are both accessibly and user-friendly, as well as ensuring that they are best optimized for SEO.
In my spare time I enjoy doing a variety of things. I do my best to keep fit by working out at the gym, I also participate in the Dodgeball UK tournament (support our team Ball Out War!). In relation to my work I love reading books/ magazines/ tutorials that will help build my knowledge and creative work as well provding myself with a good resource of inspiration (Recommended Books section coming soon!).
